Pizza is overrated

Okay, I know this might sound crazy, but I honestly think pizza is kinda overrated. Yeah, it’s popular and everyone acts like it’s the greatest food ever, but when you really think about it, it’s not that special.

It’s just bread with some sauce, cheese, and stuff on top. There are so many other foods that taste just as good—or better.

First of all, a lot of pizzas don’t have anything healthy on them. It’s mostly just cheese and dough, and maybe some pepperoni. That’s not really what I’d call ‘Healthy’.

Second, pizza is everywhere. Birthday party? Pizza. Leaver’s Disco? Pizza. Sleepover? More pizza. It’s like no one wants to try anything different. I feel like people choose it just because it’s easy, not because it’s actually the best. What about tacos? Or ramen? Or sushi? There are so many cool foods out there that barely get a chance.

Also, some pizza toppings are just weird. Pineapple or Squid ink? Why would anyone want fruit or well, Squid ink on their pizza? That just proves that pizza isn’t always good—it really depends on what’s on it, and sometimes it goes very wrong.

It’s not terrible or anything, but people act like it’s the greatest food in the universe, and I just don’t agree. We can do better.
